Their are three levels of License classes. They are Technician and General and Amateur Extra.
The Technician Class is the first Level of license class and it provides all Amateur Radio Frequncies above 50 MHZ
The General Class is the third class of license and provides most Privleges below 30 MHZ
The Extra Class is the third level and gives you Privleges to all Amateur radio Frequncie bands.
